The Great Communicator

In November Mila developed a little quirk that has become her way of communicating to us. Spend a few minutes with her and you will see what we're talking about. Mila communicates to us whenever she wants something by twisting her wrists. The more she likes/wants something, the more her hands twist. We love it! It scared me at first because lets be honest, it is a bit weird, but I find this form of communication way better than her screaming or crying. Plus, it makes buying her things way easier...she lets us exactly what she really wants. (However, I am trying to do sign language with Mila, and it is difficult to know when she is "all done" with something because she twists her wrists a lot, which looks a lot like the sign for "all done." Oh well.)
